Directly available products are shipped within 3 to 5 workdays. The delivery time may take longer when it gets a bit busier during events, holidays, and expositions. The shipping information will be sent after the invoice. You can find it in your mailbox or spam.
We ship our product safely by Post.nl or Dpd.
Customs and import taxes
Right now we only ship within the Netherlands. Arrangements for export can be made via my email address.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & Cancellation
I accept returns and cancellation for products within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
You can cancel your order by emailing Vincent.illustratie@gmail.com with your order number
Refunds will be made via the payment method chosen by the costumer.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
I don't accept cancellations for commisions
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
If the box was damaged and the goods have broken. Please wait until opening and take a photo of all sides of the box. Then open the de box and take pictures of the damage. This way, I, a small business owner, can open up a claim with the sender and refund your product correctly.
